National Three Guarantees Policy for LED LCD TVs

First, the LED LCD TV and its main components "three guarantees" validity period


According to the national "three guarantees" regulations, consumers are entitled to free maintenance services with valid invoices during the validity period of the "three guarantees" and within the scope of the "three guarantees".


Second, LED LCD TV "three guarantees" validity period and "three guarantees" certificate


1. Calculation of the validity period of “Three Guarantees”


According to the relevant laws and regulations of the state, the calculation method of the "three guarantees" validity period of LED LCD TVs is as follows:


(1) Within 30 days of purchase, if the Skyworth authorized service personnel provide on-site installation or commissioning services, the “three guarantees” shall be calculated from the installation and commissioning date of the door.


(2) If the purchase is over 30 days and no installation or commissioning service is required, the validity period of “Three Guarantees” shall be calculated from the date of opening the effective invoice.


2, "three guarantees" valid certificate After the failure of the LED LCD TV in the "three guarantees" validity period, consumers must enjoy free maintenance service with the purchase invoice. If there is no purchase invoice, the production date of the product body bar code is extended by 30 days as the starting time of the validity period of the “three guarantees” of the consumer product. If the validity period of the "three guarantees" or the "three guarantees" is exceeded, the services shall be charged according to the prescribed charging standards. The product warranty period after repair is carried out in accordance with the national “three guarantees” regulations.


Third, LED LCD TV "three guarantees" period does not belong to the scope of free maintenance;


According to the State's "Regulations on the Responsibility for the Replacement and Replacement of Some Commodities," one of the following circumstances, which does not fall within the scope of the "Three Guarantees", requires the implementation of a fee-based maintenance service:


1. The consumer did not follow the instructions and was damaged due to improper use, maintenance and storage.


2. Failure to be repaired by our company's service personnel or designated service providers, resulting in damage caused by unauthorized removal.


3. There is no “three guarantees” certificate and valid invoice, and there is no product body barcode.


4. The content on the “Three Guarantees” voucher does not match the physical identification of the product or has been altered.


5, due to irresistible force (such as lightning strikes, voltage instability, etc.) caused damage.


6, more than the "three guarantees" validity period.
