In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests and relieve you of your worries, Guangzhou Shanmu Electronic products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shanmu Electronics) makes the following warranty commitments for SHANMU brand liquid crystal products:
First, Shanmu Electronics fully implements the following detailed rules for the "three packs" of liquid crystal products stipulated in the "three packages regulations of the State".
1. Within 7 days from the date of sale, consumers may choose to return, change or repair the liquid crystal products in the event of a performance failure listed in the Performance Failure Table for Microcomputer Commodities (see Schedule 1). When the consumer asks for the return of the goods, the seller shall be responsible for returning the goods for the consumer free of charge and refund the payment at one time according to the invoice price.
2. Within the 8th to 15th days after the sale, the consumer may choose to change the machine or repair the liquid crystal product in case of performance faults listed in the Specification<Microcomputer Commodity Performance Faults Table>. When a consumer requests a machine change, the seller shall be responsible for changing the goods of the same model and specification for the consumer;When the products of the same model and specifications stop production, the same brand products with the performance of the original product shall be replaced.
3, TV, display, tablet computer within one year, after two repairs, still can not be used normally, according to the maintenance records provided by the repairman, the seller shall be responsible for the free replacement of goods of the same model and the same specification for consumers; if the production of products of the same model and specifications ceases to be produced, the same brand goods not lower than the performance of the original products shall be replaced.
4. In cases where the "three guarantees of the State" regulations are not available, they shall be unable to enjoy the provisions of the "three guarantees of the State":
(I) exceeding the validity period of three packages;
(2) failure to use, maintain or keep as required by the product instructions (e.g. improper transportation, fall, rupture of circuit board / shell caused by impact, scratch, crushing, rupture, deformation, etc.) of the circuit board / shell caused by impact;
(3) the damage caused by the demolition of the repairman who is not responsible for the three packages;
(4) where there is no valid three packages of vouchers and valid invoices (other than those that can prove that the goods are within the validity period of the three packages);

(7) using pirated software to cause damage;
(8) damage caused by infection of the virus in the course of use;

(10) damage caused by force majeure;

III. Confirmation of the warranty period
